The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Health Care is on March 17
- 20, 2009, in Berlin, Germany. The deadline to submit an abstract to
present is September 26, 2008 by 5pm GMT. Registration will open in
December 2008.
The International Forum is open to all, and is relevant to both beginners
and those experienced in improvement work. This year, we aim to be more
inclusive, and to attract previously unrepresented organisations and
countries. We particularly encourage submissions from those who may be
first time submitters, have previously submitted unsuccessful abstracts, or
who are new to the quality/safety field. Detailed instructions for
