ESQH - Membership Options
ESQH has a range of Membership options to suit different organisations across Europe:
Full Membership,
Associate Membership,
Network Affiliate,
Individual.

1. Full ESQH Membership
This category of membership is what ESQH is founded upon National Societies for Quality in Healthcare. Generally reserved for one per country and currently standing at 18; France, Turkey and the Czech Republic have all joined within the last year.
If you are a member of a National Society (not-for-profit, multi-professional, non governmental etc) and are interested in joining ESQH (and taking a seat on our Council) then please email info@esqh.net.
ESQH will also be glad to talk to individuals in countries where there isnt yet a Society, as we can help you on the road to forming one. The ESQH Board Member with responsibility in this area is Anastasius Moumtzoglou (anas1@hol.gr)
2. Associate Membership
In response to the Societys ever growing profile in Europe and the desire of other organisations to work more closely with us, ESQH has established this new form of membership. The criteria for joining are brief but important:
(i) Be European based
(ii) Support the Mission of ESQH and the promotion of Quality in Healthcare
(iii) Support the principle of Information Exchange
On offer to our Associate Members is the following:
A dedicated homepage on the ESQH website
Permission to place items on the ESQH News Page
2 people can attend ESQH Workshops
Use of the ESQH name & logo (subject to permission)
Input to the ESQH e-Newsletter
Attendance at ESQH Council Meetings (without voting rights)
Early warning of future ESQH Projects
Access to the ESQH network of Societies and individuals.
Association with a pan-European NGO with Charitable Status.
To enquire about becoming an Associate Member please contact the Secretariat at info@esqh.net. The fee is EUR1000 per annum.
3. ESQH Network Affiliate
This category of membership is aimed at smaller organisations, particularly those that are recently formed and who are seeking to connect with the wider European network. The term of membership is for three years, in which time it is hoped the organisation will have grown sufficiently to become a National Society and therefore apply for full ESQH Membership, or to become an Associate Member.
The list of benefits on offer to Network Affiliates is similar to Associate Members.
4. Individual Membership
For now individual membership is restricted to registering on the website thus gaining access to documents on the homepage and the chance to set up or join a Workgroup and join in forum discussions. However, ESQH is currently considering looking at ways of offering individuals the chance to join the Society and play a more active role in its development.
