International Quality Improvement Exchange - Patient Safety
In January 2008 The Health Foundation (UK) and the Danish Society for Patient Safety co-hosted an exchange between healthcare leaders from eight European countries and invited speakers. This was the third meeting between countries actively driving quality improvements. The issue considered in the exchange was patient safety and the purpose to provide an informal opportunity for healthcare leaders to discuss developments in patient safety policy and practice and share experience with the aim of accelerating improvements.
