The theme of patient safety is of major interest on a national as well as international level in many
member states. A lot of work is done to improve safety and many good results have been achieved. The
Netherlands Institute for Health Services Research (NIVEL), The Dutch Institute for Healthcare Improvement
(CBO) and the European Society for Quality in Healthcare (ESQH) invite you to participate and
exchange your knowledge and expertise during a one day symposium on patient safety. You will learn
the latest from a number of highly interesting European patient safety projects as well as having the opportunity
of discussions with the (inter)national speakers.
