ESQH Office on improving the quality of elderly, mental health
and social care in Europe

The ESQH Barcelona Office will:

•share its experience and support other organizations in improving the
quality of mental health, elderly and palliative care and social care
and
•support the integration and coordination of efforts in this field at
European level.

Strategy
1. Support a network of European organizations working in the field of
quality for mental health, elderly and social care,
2. Participate in advisory activities needed by the Board and members
of the ESQH,
3. Disseminate knowledge by arranging European seminars and courses
in the field of quality of mental, elderly and social care,
4. Develop strategies to improve patient safety in this field,
5. Develop tools and templates for development and implementation
of quality of mental, elderly and social care,
6. Link ESQH to international activities in the field of quality of
mental, elderly and social care.

The Office will be located in the Avedis Donabedian Research Institute:
