The work of the London Office

Projects that will be carried out by ESQH London Office in 2007/8 include the continued development of a taxonomy for classifying adverse events or incidents in healthcare and the promotion of a European patient safety network. This will include an e-forum and Bulletin Board that will enable those interested in patient safety in Europe to see what everyone else is doing and to contribute in their areas of interest. Mr Capstick has already set up a similar e-forum for the NHS, which is widely used.
