2005: Hannover
ESQH recently held its 13th International Workshop in Hannover, Germany, with the title “Accelerating Quality Improvement.”
Accelerating Quality Improvement
With this Workshop, the Society wished to explore methods of speeding up quality improvement that are evolving among certain organisations and personnel within the Quality field.
As such, presenters were invited from the following organisations, and asked to share their experience of taking tried and trusted Quality tools and making them work in new and more effective ways:
Dutch Institute for Healthcare Improvement CBO, Utrecht, The Netherlands.
AMNCH Hospital, Dublin, Ireland.
Philips Medical, Hamburg, Germany, and
SANA Kliniken, Munich, Germany.
As with all ESQH Workshops, generous time was allowed for questions, panel discussion and break-out groups. A full Workshop Report is currently being prepared and will be posted here shortly.
